Duties
Performs duties necessary to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of DLA’s data, automated information systems, and the supporting information technology infrastructure through (cont.)
(cont.) leadership as the Agency's Risk Management Framework (RMF) Security Control Assessor (SCA) Representative Team and subject matter expert.
Performs technical and management level assessments, reviews, and oversight for all information system artifacts to include documentation relevant to authorizing information systems (cont.)
(cont.) in support of the DLA Security Control Assessor (SCA) and Authorizing Official (AO) recommendations.
Performs detailed technical reviews, monitoring, and oversight of system level Plans of Actions and Milestones (POAM) for DLA information systems.
Manages and provides oversight of the development, implementation, and maintenance of the DLA RMF process/program, to include management level strategic planning, policy, instruction, and procedural direction.
Provides technical guidance and assistance in the formulation, development, and implementation of RMF policy and processes.
Coordinates and communicates DLA RMF procedures and policy to DLA activities to include ISSMs, System Managers, Program Managers and Staff Directors.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Applies advanced IT principles, concepts, and methods sufficient to accomplishing assignments such as: developing and interpreting policies, providing expert advice, and making decisions that influence DLA's enterprise IT programs.
Oversees the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of an organizations data and automated information systems in leading/conducting RMF evaluations and producing risk assessment reports.
For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed:1.
