As a Supervisory Program Analyst, you will develop, implement, and supervise all aspects of employee engagement and organizational culture programs. You will also be responsible for interviewing and recommending selections for positions, evaluating progress and outcomes, establishing performance expectations, recommending resolutions for grievances, effecting disciplinary actions, and identifying training and developmental needs.
Duties
Determine and implement methods to improve quality and quantity of work efforts.
Provide expert analysis, advice, and assistance on workforce programs, services, policies, and procedures, and guide managers in implementing methods to increase organizational performance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Identify and direct the development of survey instruments to measure satisfaction of initiatives.
Collaborate with other staff in the development and delivery of integrated workforce programs, processes, techniques, and systems.
Integrate employee engagement and organizational culture programs with other human capital programs, such as workforce planning, relations, management, and development.
Act as a SME and leader within the NCI equity and inclusion related programs by facilitating meetings and discussions, overseeing project management, and ensuring project prioritization aligns with the equity strategic plan and evaluation metrics.
Ensure that contract deliverables are effective and in compliance with specifications and requirements and support the needs of NCI program managers.
Requirements

Qualifications
In order to qualify for a Supervisory Program Analyst, GS-0343 position at the GS-14 level, you must have 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: providing supervision and direction to other staff; managing the provision of employee engagement and organizational culture programs and services; assessing and improving the management and effectiveness of employee engagement and organizational culture programs; and coordinating employee engagement and organizational culture programs with managers, staff, and other organizations.
