Are you ready for a career challenge? As a Supervisory Management Analyst, you will provide NINDS managers with advice on accomplishing their workforce needs with a focus on guidance and strategy in a variety of human capital-related issues and projects.
Duties
Provide leadership to staff performing reviews and analysis on administrative and management issues, policies, regulations, and procedures.
Assures the appropriate assessments, training and education of staff to meet personal and organizational goals are readily available to Institute employees.
Ensures consistency of internal operating policies and pay equity.
Prepares a variety of comprehensive status reports, management summaries, and briefing papers which identify problems, assess the overall condition of work completed or in progress and outlines issues, solutions and recommendations.
Participates in planning sessions, contributes management-oriented expertise in discussions of innovative ways and means of carrying out assigned and new programs and provides advice on implications of policy and program proposals.
Requirements

Qualifications
In order to qualify for the Supervisory Management Analyst, GS-0343-15:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: providing advice and/or recommendations on workforce and resource management policies to senior leadership; managing and overseeing administrative policies and procedures (i.e., personnel, training, budget, contractor policies and procedures, equipment, and logistics) to foster successful achievement of the organization's mission; analyzing feedback and revising processes accordingly to ensure workforce operations are effectively managed; and conducting supervision of workforce staff to accomplish the priorities of the organization.
