You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will provide award program support to include presentations, ceremonies, campaigns, awards, etc.
You will advise, prepare and process all awards for PSNS and IMF.
You will develop, plan, organize and conduct program surveys, audits, projects, etc. in order to advise management on program requirements.
You will collect, review, evaluate and interpret data to develop criteria, procedures and instruments to meet the needs of assigned studies.
You will prepare reports, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical and narrative data, papers, etc. to present findings, options, and recommendations via briefings and presentations.
You will assist with financial and budgetary analysis of assigned program/s.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
For the GS 11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing or evaluating methods and procedures for providing administrative support and advising on organizational methods on programs such as records, communications, directives, forms, or awards.
For the GS 09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing or evaluating administrative programs to provide administrative support and execute policies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
For the GS-11:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
or
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
For the GS-09:
master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
or
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
