You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist supporting AirWORKS in the AIR Systems Group, Logistics Department, Maintenance Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will plan, establish, and execute effective total life cycle Logistics Integration tools and procedures for the program office.
You will conduct logistics research and development, assessing and utilizing industry practices to improve maintenance technologies, manufacturing sciences, and technology insertion in the acquisition process.
You will provide subject matter expert advice and facilitate the application of logistics concepts and policies across the program, in support of program goals.
You will provide analysis and responses during the development and review of program Contractor Data Requirements Lists and Statements of Work.
You will utilize established planning tools and procedures to plan, establish, and execute effective total life cycle goals for the assigned system. Create and propose additional planning tools as needed in support of the applicable program.

- Must obtain and maintain all required certification and/or license as a condition of employment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience should demonstrate the following: 1) Logistics experience particularly in the area of Logistics Integration; 2) Ability to identify readiness issues, perform evaluation and risk analysis, provide recommendations and decision processes to address current and future sustainment and acquisition strategies; 3) Design interface, maintenance planning, contract management and budget planning; 4) Ability to communicate effectively up and down the chain of command; 5) Resolution and problem solving; 6) Must be able to obtain Advanced LCL Certification within 36 months.
