TACTICAL OPERATIONS DIVISION/BUSINESS INTEGRATION CENTER ARLINGTON, VA The selectee of this position serves as a Management and Program Analyst. You will be responsible for driving sound business decisions and operations through data analytics, business engineering, performance optimization, policy compliance and reporting.

Duties

As a Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-11/12 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Responsible for program analysis and developing project plans that implement organizational process improvement initiatives, including technical workflow solutions across all Tactical Operations Division (TOD) program offices as part of strategic planning processes. Optimizes Tactical Operations Division (TOD) programs and business processes, effectively implementing changes that reduce weaknesses and maximize efficient functioning. Interprets the significance of project findings. The incumbent will brief the other Business Integration Center (BIC) members and TOD management on findings, as needed, and provide recommendations. GS-11 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-09 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-11 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted). You may qualify at the GS-0343-11 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to 1) Analyze procedures to identify more efficient and effective methods for accomplishing objectives pursuant with agency policies; 2) Analyzing the effectiveness of program intitiatives; and 3) Plan and implement tasks/projects for identified methods that improve the efficiency and productivity of a program. OR Education: . A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or possession of a LL.M. degree, if related. Graduate level education must demonstrate the competencies necessary to do the work of the position, examples of qualifying Business Administration, etc. (MUST SUBMIT TRANSCRIPTS) OR Combination of education and experience: A combination of education and experience as listed above. GRADUATE EDUCATION: One academic year of graduate education is considered to be the number of credits hours that your graduate school has determined to represent one academic year of full-time study. If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirements for one year of full-time graduate study.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
