About the Position: Serves as a Multifunctional Integration Analyst in the Medical Capability Development Integration Directorate (MED CDID), Concepts and Requirements Division (CRD), Futures and Concepts Center (FCC) of the Army Futures Command (AFC).

Duties

Integrate Army Health Systems (AHS) medical capabilities and solutions into the War Fighting function. Evaluate required capabilities and determine capability gaps in a cross-functional team environment. Participate in experiments, modeling and simulation, and war game exercises to identify challenges and issues requiring attention. Link Health Systems concepts with Warfighting concepts and modernization efforts. Serve as subject matter expert of Health Systems and Medical capabilities development in an integrated team environment.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Position requires regular unscheduled or unplanned overtime.
  • Temporary Duty (TDY) may be required up to 25% of the time for this position.

Experience performing assessments and analysis to identify problems in support of capability development; AND 3. Experience leading integrated teams with the goal of problem resolution and capability development. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Organizational Performance AnalysisPlanning and EvaluatingWritten Communication Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
