About the Position: This position serves as a Supervisory Security Assistance Training Manager for the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command. The Army's Face to the World, the one-stop focal point for Army FMS, and the international partner of choice in U.S. security assistance.

Duties

Serve as the Supervisory Security Assistance Training Program Manager and Deputy Director, Directorate of Training Integration for the command. Represent the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command as a senior Security Assistance specialist on various committees, as assigned. Develop procedures for security assistance training integration. Serve as technical authority for total package fielding of equipment, implemented by the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Percentage of time to be spent Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) is up to 20%.
  • The position requires DoD SC Workforce (SCW) Certification. The incumbent must complete certification-related training requirements in the SC Area of Concentration (AoC) within the timeframe associated with the position’s SCW certification level.
  • May require a one year supervisory probation period if requirements have not been previously met.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
