You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Plans, Policies, and Operations, HQMC; Strategy and Plans Division; Pacific Branch of HQ US MARINE CORPS.

Duties

You will plan and initiate actions to advise and prepare for decision and key leader engagements relate to the overall posture of forces and realignment initiatives. You will provide senior leadership with insights regarding risks and opportunities arising throughout the enterprise's execution across four lines of efforts. You will develop detailed knowledge of treaties, agreements and local geopolitical factors in diverse areas throughout the Pacific. You will coordinate, collaborate, and participate in a wide variety of action officer planning activities, working groups and forums. You will advise action officers of topics and information as required; reviews, guides and edits products as needed to ensure executive level quality. You will serve as a Lead Action Officer and/or coordinate the activities of various organizational elements on special work and special assignments.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and coordinating military command policies, instructions, and guidance's by conducting program analysis and developing detailed reports for the effectiveness and efficiencies of the organization.
