About the Position: This position is located in the Army Futures & Concepts Center - Aviation Capability Development Integration Directorate (CDID). Serves as Management Analyst over the manpower program.

Duties

Manages the BAG12 manpower program and serves as the central point of information for the Aviation Capability Development Integration Directorate (ACDID) and its sub-directorates for manpower, organization and functions. Develops and processes Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), Mobilization TDA, and TDA documents. Reviews plans, directives, operating procedures and policies for the development, preparation, review and approval of TDA. Plans and coordinates management improvement studies and actions. Conducts various management studies on work measurement, work simplification, and personnel utilization. Directs the implementation, management, and maintenance of management information systems used for manpower reporting. Manages preparation of required manpower reports.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 5% of the time.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
• Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.
