This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in Transmission Business Operations (TAB), Transmission Chief of Staff (TA), Transmission Services (T). A successful candidate in the Management and Program Analyst position will plan and implemente workforce-enabling initiatives and projects and activities to drive workforce development and development strategies, priorities, and programs, including equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility; communications; change management.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.

  • This position does not support remote work. You will be required to report physically to the official reporting worksite as specified by the supervisor, but no less than 3 days per pay period.

Qualifications

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) working in partnership with coworkers, leadership, and customers to develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices in the work environment; 2) performing analytical and evaluative work to develop strategies, systems, and initiatives (e.g., quality management) to improve organizational effectiveness and performance; 3) preparing plans and schedules, researching and writing content and tracking milestones to facilitate effective implementation of business and strategic initiatives. "Experience" refers to paid and unpaid experience. Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Time-in-Grade: Current Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement to receive consideration.
