This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in Transmission Business Operations (TAB), Transmission Chief of Staff (TA), Transmission Services (T).
A successful candidate in the Management and Program Analyst position will plan and implemente workforce-enabling initiatives and projects and activities to drive workforce development and development strategies, priorities, and programs, including equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility; communications; change management.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as: 1) working in partnership with coworkers, leadership, and customers to develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices in the work environment; 2) performing analytical and evaluative work to develop strategies, systems, and initiatives (e.g., quality management) to improve organizational effectiveness and performance; 3) preparing plans and schedules, researching and writing content and tracking milestones to facilitate effective implementation of business and strategic initiatives.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
