This position is located in the Operational Delivery and Performance (TOII) organization, Internal Operations Management Office (TOI), Transmission System Operations (TO), Transmission Services (T), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA).
A successful candidate will serve as the Training Management Specialist for the Transmission System Operations organization. This function provides oversight and support for all System Operations including to serving as a senior training specialist.

Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level [GS-12] in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience collaborating and coordinating in the development and preparation of training program documents; assisting in creating management reporting tools that track, document, and communicate the progress of work unit related training activities and projects; designing learning products to include web-based aids or electronic performance support systems.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills; and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
