You will serve as a Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC) in the ACIO/Information Technology Division of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV.
NT-06 is equal to the GS-14/15.
Duties
You will serve as the Deputy Activity Command Information Officer (ACIO) for NSWC IHEODTD.
You will be responsible for supporting the ACIO in formulating Cyber Security Strategic goals.
You will implement Cyber Security plans.
You will assist in developing and executing budgets.
You will be responsible for the development and management of Commands Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF).
You will manage complex IT projects.
You will maintain compliance to DoD and DON policy.
You will deliver products and services in Information Technology (IT).
Requirements

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 752, proficiency level Advanced the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 (GS-13/14 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing management oversight of an organization's information technology Cyber Security program, developing and implementing strategic goals to ensure Certification and Accreditation and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management requirements are met.
