This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration in Operational Delivery and Performance (TOII) organization, Internal Operations Management Office (TOI), Transmission System Operations (TO), Transmission Services (T).
A successful candidate in the Program Analyst position will provide analysis and assistance in planning and evaluating the Transmission Continuous Improvement Program Implementation, Human Organizational Performance activities, and After Action Review functions.

- A preliminary background check must be completed before a new employee can begin work.
- Current Federal employees or other individuals with an existing completed background investigation may not be required to undergo another background check.
- Work requires overnight travel. May require up to 30% travel per year throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level [GS-11] in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as experience in conducting studies and analyses to 1) facilitate problem-solving and make recommendations on improving program policies and procedures to enhance business process, 2) provide support for organizational performance activities to ensure reliability requirements, and 3) identify reliability risks involved in the business operation error-prevention.

Examples of qualifying unpaid experience may include: volunteer work done through National Service programs (such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps); as well as work for other community-based philanthropic and social organizations.
