You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the JOINT ENGRG DEV INITIATIVE DIV, SPECTRUM WARFARE DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.
Duties
You will be responsible for management and leadership of recent college graduates in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
You will coach, mentor, and develop employees.
You will monitor personnel performance.
You will provide career development planning and opportunities.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Preparing all planning documents associated with program organization, product development and material acquisition including budgets, schedules, reports, and records; 2) Coaching, mentoring, and developing employees; 3) Performing workforce planning, recruiting and hiring; 4) Providing performance feedback using performance management processes, recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action; and 5) Interfacing with product customers to assess workforce personnel needs.
