You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the FACILITY MANAGEMENT & ENGINEERING DIVISION, INFRASTRUCTURE BUSINESS OPS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Duties

You will be responsible for the project management oversight of execution of facilities projects supporting Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM) Program. You will coordinate and lead annual project call for work and assist with prioritization of integrated project lists of requirements. You will mentor and provide coaching (guidance) to Division employees, and work with employees on personal career development objectives and plans. You will approve leave, travel and voucher approval, timecard certification, recruiting/hiring and rewarding personnel, annual mandatory and training compliance. You will implement policies and regulations, such as Equal Employment Opportunity, safety, and security. You will monitor progress and evaluate outcomes to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will determine objectives, sets priorities, and ensure sound management processes and procedures are in place.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Demonstrating knowledge in project management, engineering processes, operations, sustainment, restoration, and modernization of simple and complex facilities; 2) Determining, evaluating, and analyzing facility requirements for the customer and mission; 3) Understanding of space management, space moves and relocation; 4) Developing move and space plans; 5) Making sound decisions, delegating, and communicating effectively while leading a diverse workforce.
