You will serve as a Division Head in the Infrastructure Business Operations (IBO) Department, Facility Management & Engineering Division (Code EC52000) of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Duties

You will be responsible for the project management oversight of execution of facilities projects supporting Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) Program. You will coordinate and lead annual project call for work and assist with prioritization of integrated project lists of requirements. You will mentor and provide coaching (guidance) to Division employees, and work with employees on personal career development objectives and plans You will be responsible for professional development and mentoring, day-to-day tasking, and coordination of activities.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9/12) or pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Demonstrated experience pertaining to project management, engineering processes, operations sustainment, restoration, and modernization of simple and complex facilities; 2) Determining, evaluating, and analyzing facility and equipment requirements based on customer needs; 3) Utilizing space management, space moves, and relocation knowledge to develop move and space plans; 4) Managing and monitoring complex facility projects and resolving conflicts related to these projects.
