About the Position: Serves as the Course Manager for theater nuclear operations (TNO) and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD)Advisor courses in direct support of the Director, U.S. Army Nuclear and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Agency (USANCA) and Headquarters, Department of the Army.

Duties

Provide course management for the Theater Nuclear Operators Course (TNOC) and the CWMD Advisor Course (D1 ASI). Provide Combatant Commands (COCOMs), Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs), Army Corps, and Functional Area 52 (FA52) officers with conventional nuclear integration and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction training and expertise. Monitor and modify, as required, the program of instruction (POI) to meet Army requirements for nuclear targeting and CWMD expertise on tactical and operational staffs and joint requirements. Manage and synchronize host agency participation, funding, instructors, information technology, instructional materials and equipment, facilities, and life support to execute required courses. Manage and synchronize funding, instructors, information technology, instructional materials and equipment, and facilities to execute TNOC and the CWMD Advisor Course. Maintain subject matter expertise with the Analysis, Design Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) educational process. Manage and synchronize funding, instructors, information technology, instructional materials and equipment, and facilities to execute the Theater Nuclear Operations Executive Seminar Operators Course (TNOES).
