You will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant in the Transaction Service Center (TSC) of PERS SUPPORT DET PENSACOLA.
Duties
You will assist staff with questions and issues related to administrative functions.
You will operate automated computer systems to maintain and update electronic records and data.
You will compose, type, copy, and edit correspondence and reports from rough to final draft.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing computer and/or web based systems to extract and maintain a variety of records; 2) Maintaining electronic and paper files within established filing systems; 3) Proofreading all outgoing official letters for proper format, grammar, etc., prior to final preparation signature.
