You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Industrial Support Team, Supply Chain Business Analysis Branch, Ammunition Supply Chain Strategy Division of NAVSUP AMMO LOG CENT MECH.
Duties
You will develop and implement policy and procedures that govern the routine collection, analysis and portrayal of procurement, renovation, and procurement data requirements in support of Logistic Management Specialists need for asset visibility.
You will track item deliveries and usage rates to provide recommendations to the Acquisition Program Manager on need for modifications to quantity purchased, contract options, delivery schedule, or performance issues.
You will monitor procurement due-ins and expedite data as necessary to meet customer requirements.
You will serve as an analyst and advisor to ensure the management and coordination of industrial production requirements for ammuniton components, subassemblies, and secondary items.
You will develop master schedules that portray the planned production and renovation output of all weapons and ordnance materials.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing Program Analyst work applying a wide range of analytical, evaluative, data management and financial methodologies and use of qualitative and quantitative techniques as they apply to the determination or assessment of maintenance and procurement investment decisions for ammunition components, subassemblies, and secondary items. In addition, utilizing a knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and the manufacturing requirements of complex ordnance items and components sufficient to produce ordnance procurement requests, proposals and contractor performance evaluations, and recommend awards for Navy weapon systems. Examples of specialized experience are as follows: 1) Review specifications and interface requirements of cataloged consumable ammunition components, subassemblies, and secondary items to pursue standardization and consolidated re-procurement requirements; 2) Perform detailed analysis of ammunition/ordnance inventories and usage rates of government furnished equipment/material (GFE/GFM) required to support all assigned contracts to ensure correct quantity and inventory control; 3) Perform pre-award and post-award surveys to determine the best qualified manufacturer for required critical munitions; 4) Leads the data population and maintenance of an ammunition financial tracking database; 5) Accumulate and aggregate all Navy in-service ordnance maintenance and production schedules in support of the need to populate the Ordnance Information System-Wholesale (OIS-W) database.
