You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Business Process and Engineering Group Division, (Code 1512), in the Ship Maintenance Performance Group Division (Code 1510), of the Naval Shipyard Support Office (Code 15000 of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Duties
You will be responsible for business process re-engineering, IT requirements and interfaces, and systems integration across application environments.
You will develop, modify, and improves business processes for navy and other DOD depots.
You will develop formal process improvements using structured functional analysis and design techniques.
You will plan and conduct management studies, reviews, and investigations to develop and recommend procedures and to determine adherence to program requirements.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience developing, tracking, and assessing the progress and effectiveness of program initiatives to meet NSSO mission.
Experience with business process re-engineering, IT requirements and interfaces, and systems integration across application environments.
Experience developing, modifying, and improving business processes for navy and other DOD depots.
Experience in material management corporate IT Systems such as MAT, MRQT, SPS, AND HMMS.
Experience analyzing material management data and interrelationships to conduct material management plans, metrics, assessments, and proposals. Experience preparing and presenting material management findings and recommendations at the Shipyard, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, & DLA levels.
