You will serve as a Program Analyst within the External Integration Office, a key position for coordinating International Space Station (ISS) Program responses to external ISS data requests and audits; executing the Official Flight Kit (OFK) activities in support of NASA ISS Missions; coordinating and maintaining ISS outreach material and supplies; coordinating Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) with International Partners; and creation of the ISS' awards and recognition items.
Duties
Manages data requests and audits by the Office of Inspector General/Government Accountability Office. Coordinates, facilitates, and tracks requests and facilitates responses including conducting interview meetings with subject matter experts.
Leads Official Flight Kit (OFK) activities ensuring flown mementos are available to Centers and Programs (i.e. ISS, Commercial Crew Program, Commercial Low Earth Orbit Program, etc.) for presentation as recognition items/employee appreciation.
Coordinates with identified Points of Contact for each ISS cargo/crew mission assessing OFK needs, analyzes available upmass vs. needs, and develops plan for contents of each mission.
Assesses, tracks, and provides recommendation to management for maintaining ISS outreach materials and supplies.
Ensures availability of materials and supplies in support of major ISS activities (i.e. launch campaigns, Increment activities, etc.)
Manages employee and ISS recognition activities by coordinating, tracking, ordering, receiving and distributing ISS models and Program Managers montages.
Maintains SharePoint site for outreach and recognition activities.
Coordinates Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) with International Partners, as necessary, and supports protocol draft development, translation requests and TIM execution.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-11, you must have:
a) One year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level:
Assisting with managing and utilizing resources consistent with Center policies and procedures;
Working with the organization or management of the International Space Station (ISS) Program, including assisting with ISS outreach and recognition activities;
Assisting with the management and updating of SharePoint sites, and utilizing Russian Language Logistics Services.
OR
b) Completed all requirements for a doctoral degree (i.e., Ph.D. or equivalent) in an appropriate field
OR
c) Completed 3 full academic years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or equivalent doctoral degree in an appropriate field
OR
d) LL.M., if related
OR
e) Have an equivalent combination of experience and graduate study as discussed in a), b), c) and d) above
