About the Position: The US Army Aviation and Missile Command Deputy COS, G4 (Command INT Logistics) Office of The Director Redstone Arsenal, Al 35898 ABCAAA. Duties
Serves as a Program Support Specialist in the G-4 (Logistics), Sparkman Management Office (SMO), responsible for performing various program support work for the accomplishment of mission and functions of multiple programs of the G-4.
Advises the supervisor on the technical aspects of office administration by providing advice and recommendations to the staff.
Monitors assigned activities, projects, and reports ensuring they are in conformance with program goals and policies.
Conducts fact-finding to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal work operations and the responsiveness of services provided by contractors.
Gathers and analyzes organizational data for physical space requirements. Develops reports in the form of matrixes, schematics, charts and narratives to reflect options and recommendations.
Requirements
- This position may require incumbent 5% TDY travel.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes work experience that involves a variety of administrative/ management support projects; preparing, developing, and coordinating informational data/ material utilized for a variety of office activities such as briefings, reviews, symposia, reports, etc.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).

Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
