You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ADMINISTRATION & RESOURCE MGMT DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will meet with group leaders to determine desired outcomes and prepares proposals to achieve those outcomes.
You will use a variety of data collection and analysis tools and techniques, such as interview, observations, assessment surveys, and group collaboration meetings to diagnose organizational issues and identify solutions.
You will plan and facilitate group collaboration activities using group collaboration methods, technologies, and tools to compile and analyze results and prepare findings and recommendations.
You will develop and manage strategic workforce planning initiatives (e.g., work with leaders to plan and execute re-organization efforts).
You will apply organization development methodologies to conduct and manage projects and other tasks as assigned to support organizational and workforce management goals of internal and external stakeholders.
As needed, you will assist program managers in executing civilian employee training and development programs and services, maintaining program records, preparing reports, assessing training needs, and evaluating effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: improving organization effectiveness and productivity, planning and facilitating group collaboration activities, identifying organizational needs and developing strategies, and advising leadership on recommendations for improved organizational health.
