About the Position: This position is located within the U.S. Army Materiel Command, DCS G-3 for Operations, Strategy, Concepts and Capabilities Directorate, Strategic Planning & Integration Division. Serves as a Strategic Planning Officer focused on the future operations portion of the planning process.

Duties

Strategic Planning Officer focused on developing and implementing all parts of the agency strategic plan. Evaluates the effectiveness of management policies, plans, programs, operations, organizations, missions and functions, staffing and workload. As a senior analyst, responsible for advising AMC leadership on the impact of current and future changes environmental changes, including reduced resources and changing missions Provides responsive, interdisciplinary, analytical capability involving broad, undefined complex issues of either one time or recurring nature.
