About the Position: This is a Military Technician position with the 63rd Readiness Division, Reserve Personnel Action Center (RPAC) Sam Houston Hub, Texas 117, located in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Duties

Supervise the daily activities of personnel within a Reserve Personnel Action Center (RPAC). Responsible for setting priorities and assigning work to subordinates. Resolve employee complaints and conduct minor disciplinary actions. Develop performance standards and evaluate the performance of subordinates. Perform periodic quality control reviews. Ensure proper record management duties are performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and policies. Analyze military HR management issues and develop solutions. Manage military Human Resource (HR) programs, military pay and administrative functions for Active/Reserve components. Review military pay accounts to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and precedent decisions. Research and provide technical advice on complex pay issues and complaints.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
