Duties
Supervise the daily activities of personnel within a Reserve Personnel Action Center (RPAC).
Responsible for setting priorities and assigning work to subordinates.
Resolve employee complaints and conduct minor disciplinary actions.
Develop performance standards and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
Perform periodic quality control reviews.
Ensure proper record management duties are performed in accordance with regulatory requirements and policies.
Analyze military HR management issues and develop solutions.
Manage military Human Resource (HR) programs, military pay and administrative functions for Active/Reserve components.
Review military pay accounts to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and precedent decisions.
Research and provide technical advice on complex pay issues and complaints.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes utilizing knowledge of military personnel military finance and administrative regulations, operation procedures to manage military personnel programs, review personnel/pay actions and resolve complex pay issues, direct the work of subordinates, and comply with internal controls and inquiries. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
