This position is located in the Investigative Operations Division, Arlington, Virginia.
The selectee of this position serves as a Management and Program Analyst. You will be responsible for reviewing the operational and administrative activities to verify compliance with agency policies; conducting various analyses, and identifying, and assessing enterprise risks.
Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-12/13 level, some of your typical work assignments may include:
Providing financial analyst services to criminal investigations that involve highly complex financial transactions.
Analyzing elements of internal operating procedures in order to identify more efficient and effective methods to accomplish program objectives.
Reviewing, analyzing, monitoring, and evaluating IOD contractor support activities, performance, and expenses to ensure the contractor's actions comply with the contract specifications and federal regulations.

Qualifications
GS-12 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-11 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).
You may qualify at the GS-0343-12 level, if you fulfill one of the following qualifications:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience, which includes: 1) developing and monitoring the execution of annual budgets; 2) using quantitative and qualitative techniques for analyzing and measuring administrative and technical programs' effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.; 3) executing administrative guidance within the organization and providing resource-specific guidance as required. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
