Duties

You will serve as real estate, real property, and space planning subject matter expert (SME) for an IMCOM Directorate-Pacific supporting an Army Command You will provide innovative acquisition long range planning, program management, coordination, and evaluation of the three major functions of the IMCOM Directorate-Pacific realty, real property and space planning/utilization programs. You will execute program under delegated authority from Director, IMCOM Directorate-Pacific to act in their behalf for out-granting of facilities. You will develop methods and techniques required for program execution, and defines manpower/resource requirements which establish priorities/operational relationships. You will develop standards for real estate, real property and space planning functions across all IMCOM Directorate-Pacific covered Army installations.
