Duties
You will serve as the senior supply systems analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing IT/Business analysis support on a functional team within the Systems Support Department.
You will analyze and resolve supply and supply chain problems for the DoD Supply System programs.
You will plan and coordinate studies to determine practicality of requirements from an IT/ERP functionality standpoint.
You will develop analytic methodologies and products that apply data mining, statistical and other analytic techniques, as well as the continued tuning of the data infrastructure.
You will conduct research and analysis to provide updates to management on the results of LOGCELL.
You will provide systemic requirements to ensure the LOGCELL program meets NAVSUP mission requirements.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing and/or coordinating the efforts for supply systems programs to ensure requirements are in line with strategic plans and goals; 2) Collaborating with technical and functional teams, business partners, and other internal and external stakeholders to resolve user and customer service issues and problems; 3) Applying complex fact-finding, analytical, and problem solving methods and techniques to identify interrelated business functional problems, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate action or solutions to improve supply systems efficiency and effectiveness; 4) Providing support and expertise on all aspects of Navy Supply Planning or Inventory Management; 5) Analyzing, extracting, summarizing, and identifying significant business trends and issues; 6) Utilizing programs such as NAVY ERP and LOGCELL to manage supply systems requirements; 7) Executing organizational projects aimed at improving efficiency and/or increasing the Command's overall readiness position; and 8) Developing and providing training to end-users.
