Duties
You will provide IT/Business analysis support on a functional team within the Systems Support Business Office.
You will research, evaluate, and provide support to analyze patterns and correct problems in Navy ERP.
You will analyze, extract, summarize, and identify business trends and issues.
You will act as a support liaison with user customer groups and communicate project updates on a regular basis.
You will analyze system requirements in response to business requirements, risks, and costs.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing and validating data, creating ad hoc and standard reports, data exports, and program validation/analytics using Navy ERP, Navy Data Platform (NDP), Tableau, Jupiter or other data sources/tools; 2) Collaborating with technical teams, business partners, and other internal and external stakeholders to meet end-user requirements for data and analytics products and solutions 3) Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, desk guides, and training materials; 4) Analyzing and summarizing significant data issues/trends and communicating information to upper management; 5) Collaborating with functional experts to resolve end user and customer service issues and problems; and 6) Providing customer support on a variety of production support issues including but not limited to supply planning, inventory management, and material master data.
