This position is located in Campus Services Branch within the Division of Facilities Operations and Maintenance and is responsible for overseeing and managing campus services programs, including training, and workforce planning. Duties

As a Supervisory Program Analyst you will: Provide broad project and work scheduling oversight, management direction, budget monitoring, and oversight of the quality control programs. Provide campus wide facilities support by planning and implementing Division budget, and contract oversight. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for consistency and completeness. Develop program objectives, reviews and analyzes the performance and effectiveness of Division programs and services. Initiate and execute complex administrative/management projects. Utilize expert skills in studying work methods, administrative guidelines, procedures, utilization of human resources, work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, etc.

Requirements

Qualifications

To qualify at the GS-14 level you must demonstrate in your resume at least one (1) year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of a facilities maintenance and operations program for an organization; providing guidance and interpretation on current and emerging policies, regulations, and laws regarding facilities operations and programs; managing fiscal operations of a facilities operations program; and implementing long term strategic planning, development, evaluation of program goals and directives. You will receive credit for all experience material to the position, including experience gained in religious, civic, welfare, service, and organizational activities, regardless of whether you received pay.
