This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration, in Energy Efficiency (PE), Power Services (P).
A successful candidate in the Business Analyst position will serve as a as the Business Analyst with responsibility for supporting programs, systems capabilities, and work processes that are necessary to perform Energy Efficiency's (EE) critical missions and support activities required of the PE organization.
Duties
As a Business Analyst, you will:
Participates with EE management in planning, implementing, and evaluating the EE program.
Ensures all strategy, policies, and operations are fully integrated and coordinated both internally among all EE organizational elements and with other BPA programs and activities.
Plans, coordinates and monitors critical strategic activities and special projects as assigned by the EE Vice President.
Represents EE and/or BPA in working directly with executive-level personnel, managers, and staff in BPA
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-11 in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as: 1) identifying potential improvement in business functions to better meet business objectives, 2) managing the implementation of strategic improvements to systems and budget management processes necessary for day-to-day activities, and 3) providing guidance or advice on new or enhanced approaches in the delivery of services.
