About the Position: This position is located in the U.S. Army Aviation Missile Command, US Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity, Production, Organic Industrial Base at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, Alabama.

Duties

Responsible for planning, managing, and directing TMDE information systems management programs, projects and operations. Analyze supported organization mission plans and operations to determine current and future calibration and repair support. Initiate short/long range TMDE calibration and repair support management plans (operational and mobilization). Develop projects involving the requirements, and integration of new and modified calibration standards and related equipment. Direct, coordinate, and oversee the work of subordinates and plans work to be accomplished and sets priorities.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position may require up to 25% temporary duty travel.
  • This position requires a Supervisory probationary period.
  • This is a testing designation position (TDP)/Drug Testing. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter.
