This position is located at DFMWR Operations Division. Duties

Plans and executes a variety of administrative functions such as preparing and reviewing correspondence, briefings, develop reports, arrange meetings, maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, screening calls and tracking suspense items. Performs, coordinates, and/or participates with staff members to accomplish work. Provides administrative and logistical support and overall office management for the supervisor and staff. Coordinates office activities and establishes office operating procedures to ensure uniform interpretation and implementation of administrative regulations and directives. Establishes changes to promote or improve operations. Reviews plans, programs, and regulations pertaining to personnel, automation, analysis, and administration. Initiates support actions as required. Develops a variety of management reports. May be required, as needed, to operate a GSA motor vehicle to make periodic distribution and coordinate visits to government facilities in the local commuting area.

Requirements
