You will serve as a Program Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will research and analyze program/issues to determine their potential for meeting organizational standards and business needs.
You will gather, analyze, and provide performance metrics to the Director, provides process and value stream mapping, visual display, simulations, pilots, and process flow analysis.
You will perform as the Project Manager/Black Belt L6S Project Team Leader in the planning, progress and completion of technically challenging Performance Improvement efforts and/or L6S projects that are of significant value.
You will assist the director with overseeing and coordinating the NAVSUP WSS Strategic Planning Sessions and Executive Planning Sessions.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-13:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most of the following duties: 1) Leading and completing technically challenging process improvement projects that improve the overall efficacy of a business function; 2) Utilizing various analytical software applications to collect and analyze data to find solutions to problems that may arise; 3) Coordinating across other NAVSUP commands, Navy or DOD organizations to solve business process problems; 4) Reporting tangible cost benefits and return on investment results gained from implementation of newly created processes; and 5) Developing and leading oral presentations to senior Management.
GS-12:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most of the following duties: 1) Assisting in the planning of performance improvement projects and utilizing tools to develop metrics and producing data-driven decisions, changes and results; 2) Collaborating with members of a team to identify, develop and execute improvement processes; 3) Reporting data-driven results and return on investment to management and senior leadership; and 4) Assisting with providing oral presentations to senior Management.
