You will serve as the Office Manager for the Center Director's Office. In this capacity, you will manage the flow of communication, access, and meetings/activities/engagements for Center Director's Office and support the Center Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Duties
Support communication, access, and meetings/activities/engagements for the Center Director’s Office and the Center Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Prepare final administrative, management reports and correspondence at the organizational and Center level.
Perform administrative work utilizing Microsoft office and other web-based tools.
Maintain and create organizational records including correspondence and a log for all documents coming to the Center Director’s Office for signature.
Work with internal stakeholders processing travel orders and vouchers for the Center Director's Office.
Support program, project, and mission needs through reviewing and proposing changes to Center administrative processes and standards.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-09 level, you must have:
a) One year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level:
Providing administrative support such as maintaining and/or updating calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings in accordance with administrative processes and guidelines;
Communicating with internal and external customers in support of a variety of administrative functions;
Organizing and maintaining records, databases, and/or correspondence in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
OR
b) Completed all requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in an appropriate field
OR
c) Completed 2 full academic years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree in an appropriate field
OR
d) LL. B or J.D, if related
OR
e) Have an equivalent combination of experience and graduate study as discussed in a), b), c) and d) above
