About the Position: This position supervises personnel responsible for planning and managing work projects with the development of project objectives, scope, materials, cost and resource estimating and ensures efficient and effective management of all phases of the projects.
Duties
Plan, develop, coordinate project scope, budget, schedules, procurement strategies manpower estimates, work processes and procedures into work management plans.
Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates.
Review all phases of planning, design and construction schedules, cost, work progression.
Review and evaluate work requests and manage work management program.
Direct and advise scheduling, plans, specifications, contracts, materials and equipment.
Identify needed improvements and makes recommendations.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience managing and coordinating planning work projects which includes developing project objectives and scope, work scheduling, material coordination, and cost/resource estimating; experience assisting with reviewing and analyzing budget, manpower and financial data; and experience leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
