About the Position: Serves as the Projects Manager/Coordinator for all installation repair projects and various other specially funded improvement projects administered by the Directorate of Engineering and Public Works.
This is a Bargaining Unit AR3135 position.
Duties
Develops, coordinates and manages a variety of projects from inception to completion.
Identifies actual or potential problem area, trends, significant accomplishments, areas of imbalance, or similar factors involved.
Analyzes changes in program, technological developments, events that cannot be predicted, or conflicting requirements.
Monitors all maintenance or equipment installation projects for timeliness, accuracy and completion.
Interpret project requirements to set up detailed work operations on a daily basis to meet work schedules.
Assists in developing annual and long-range execution plans that cover a wide range of concerns.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- The position duties meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. Detection of the presence of drugs is warranted. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing.
- Position requires temporary duty (TDY) business travel approximately 5% of the time.
- Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: preparing, altering and revising project records and providing periodical status reports; recommending the number and types of employees needed, considering skills, personnel, materials, and equipment available and required; coordinating work of one shop with other shops that may be involved; and serving as primary point of contact on all matters concerning special projects.
