This position is located in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), at the Northern Arizona VA Medical Center (VAMC) in the Social Work Service Line (SWSL).
Duties

Duties include but may not be limited to:
In charge of scheduling and environment of care issues.
Knowledge of facility resources, services, and SWSL processes/policies to oversee day-to-day operations, extract and track data.
Schedule group rooms usage and may be asked to schedule meetings and other events.
Performs general administrative duties.
Provides for the budgeting and financial management.
Maintains timekeeping for all employees attached to the assigned MH Programs.
Work Schedule: Fulltime Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
This position requires 1 year of Specialized Experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS 5) in Federal Employment.
Specialized Experience includes but is not limited to: Performing work involving the collection, compilation, and/or tracking of data and statistical information in support of an organization's operation.; Providing practical and technical support in office administration to include budgeting, supply management, purchasing, personnel administration, and file management.; Providing practical and technical support in office administration including budgeting, supply management, purchasing, personnel administration, and file management.

IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Physical Requirements:
No special physical qualifications are required to perform the duties of the position. Incumbent must be able to travel independently to and from all areas on the VA grounds.
