This position is located at Samuel Adams Brewhouse This position is Regular Full Time which will be scheduled 40 hours per week. Duties

Assists in the management of a large business activity. Recommends and carries out instructions and directives as necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base. Recommends or carries out corrective measure as appropriate. Reviews financial reports, plans, costs, and budget. Ensures the safeguarding of the facility and assets. Assists in the marketing and promotion of the activity. Supervises assigned staff.

Requirements

Qualifications

Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (i.e. restaurant, bowling center, golf course) to be managed. HIGHLY PREFERRED 1. Experience with CATEREASE 2.
