You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the NET SEC ASTFLD ACT.
Duties
Ensures validity of the IT systems that distribute training quotas among all users (recruits, fleet, reserves, Marines, etc.) for attendance as allotments change during each session.
Runs reports and issues notifications to management and other stakeholders.
Tracks students attending scheduled training paths and takes action to program managers of constraints or issues affecting training pipeline(s).
Assists in coordination of any changes to training programs with all concerned parties.
Tracks useful student data.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing automated training systems, such as Corporate Enterprise Training Activity Resource Systems (CeTARS), Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC), and enterprise Navy Training Reservation System (eNTRS) to create student profiles and update reports; 2) Assisting with planning and developing training curricula while coordinating changes with stakeholders; 3) Creating and maintaining contacts with staff and leadership to aid in facilitating rapid resolution of issues; and 4) Delivering information through oral and written communication, presentations, and briefings.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or
- Two (2) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or
- LL.B. or J.D., if related
