You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Security Cooperation Program Office of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.
Duties
You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy, and planned progress.
You will identify and plan for personnel and functional management support required to execute the acquisition strategy.
You will provide management direction to all IPT members and to other personnel directly assigned or detailed to support the assigned program.
You will identify and defend resource requirements (funding, manpower, facilities, etc) for life-cycle management of the assigned program.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the assigned product within allocated cost, schedule, technical, and support bounds.

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-3 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Communicating with International partners via written or oral communications for the purpose of establishing requirements and executing programs; 2) Experience executing foreign military Sales programs to include disclosure, case development and case execution; 3) Familiarity with the defense acquisition and program execution to include development of Statements of work and the contractual procurement process.
