You will serve as a INFORMATION SYSTEMS SPECIALIST (ENVIRONMENTAL) in the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
Duties
You will oversee the development of computer based environmental data tracking systems.
You will provide technical and policy support during system or database development and maintenance; initiates studies and analyses of systems; and participate in planning short and long range compliance information systems.
You will plans, organize, and oversee efforts and projects that are aimed at achieving and improving the quality, effectiveness, and timeliness of projects.
You will prepares statement of work, budgets, schedules, status briefs, and reports.
You will manage and coordinate work with other specialists, scientists and engineers to execute projects, track milestones, and complete projects on time and within budget according to sponsor expectations.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
To qualify for the GS- 11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing trend analysis and preparing specialized reports; 2) Preparing statements of work, budgets, schedules, status briefs, and reports; and 3) Assisting customers with information systems (e.g. Environmental Program Requirements (EPR) Web, SharePoint, Teams Channels, etc.).

To qualify for the GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Managing environmental data collection, conducting quality assurance and quality control evaluations, performing trend analysis and evaluations, and developing presentations of environmental compliance data; 2) Providing technical and policy support during system or database development and maintenance; and 3) Reviewing, verifying, and analyzing data to identify problems and develop creative solutions.
