You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the G-4 MCIEAST-MCB CAMLEJEUNE of MARINE CORPS BASE.

Duties

You will give leadership insight into the quality of services provided and quantifiable data to assist in making resource allocation decisions. You will provide a single installation touchpoint to receive, distribute, and report on customer feedback and satisfaction for all service providers. You will plan, coordinate, edit, and produce the Installation Excellence Award write-up and final nomination package submission for competition within the Marine Corps and at the DoD level. You will Serve as Approving Official to certify validity of travel and authorize expenditure of funds through the Defense Travel System, approving all official TAD within the system for the G-4 Division Heads and Deputies.

  • Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
  • Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States drivers license.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
  • This position is subject to recall and may require to work other than normal duty hours inclusive of nights and weekend.

Qualifications

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as Regional Interactive Customer Service (ICE) System Program Manager specializing in leadership, quality service and making resources allocation decisions. Receives calls and inquiries from internal and external customers in regard to any and all Service Providers/Managers in the ICE System.
