You will serve as a FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST for the Commander Naval Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC), in the Naval Support Activity (NSA) of COMNAVRESFORCOM.
Duties
You will coordinate with activities such as utilities and grounds maintenance, facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, procurement, and assures needed materials are available, ordering as necessary.
You will coordinate with responsible staff and operating officials in resolving problems, obtaining technical data, specifications, and pertinent information relative to preventive maintenance and operations.
You will create, update, and place trouble tickets for all desk telephones including but not limited to telephone number relocations, faulty equipment, and password resets.
You will formulate and prepare current and out year operating and facility budget projections.

- You will be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
- A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Experience in the field of Heating, ventilations, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and the control system that operates all HVAC
functions.
* Experience performing simple repairs/maintenance such as painting, drywall patching, basic plumbing repair and troubleshooting, .
changing light bulbs, etc.
* Experience providing customer service to include trouble ticket management, trouble ticket resolution, phone etiquette, and customer
interface procedures.
* Experience communicating effectively in person and in writing to ensure clearly articulated goals are set and work products and reports
are well organized to clearly convey information.
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.B. or J.D., if related
