You will serve as a CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER MANAGER in the FMS PRODUCT LINE, CUSTOMER SERVICE BRANCH of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.

Duties

You will update develop and recommend program, procedures, policies, and material infrastructure used in service call reporting and associated metrics. You will act as the lead technical consultant and advisor to the command on customer service programs. You will review investigations and recommended changes from Lead Program Analyst to existing standards, applying them when warranted. You will resolve any conflicting issues encountered.

Requirements

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
  • This position may become a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Proficient in Microsoft Suites: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. 2)The ability to generate reports and develop metrics for the PWD and senior management. 3) The ability to effectively lead and supervise 20+ employees.4) The ability to coordinate with customers and the Public Works Departments. 5)The ability to listen and effectively resolve both employee's and customer's complaints, reaching the appropriate resolution. 6) Develop performance standards for subordinates.7) Designated as ALPHA/ Essential personnel and required to report for duty during special emergency situations.
