Duties
You will plan, schedule operations and manage three work centers; Ship to Shore Electrical and Weight Handling/Mechanical and Ship to Shore Administration.
You will review the quality and quantity of work performed utilizing local generated reports and performance indicators.
You will assist the Utilities Production Manager and Production Division Director in formulating the Ship to Shore budget.
You will analyze work accomplishments, cost, and utilization of subordinates to evaluate work prograss and control costs.
You will prepare and present briefings to the Utilities Production Manager, the Transportation Production Manager, Production Division Director, Public Works Officer, Deputy Public Works Officer, Installation Commanding Officer and others.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Coordinating critical and complex waterfront work operations involving shore power electrical and mechanical utilities connects/disconnects as well as weight handling equipment lifts involved in docking and undocking and other support of ship vessels; 2) participating in the planning and formulating of budgets for manpower, labor, and equipment necessary to support ship to shore waterfront operations; and 3) obtaining and applying production reports, appropriate metrics, and administrative records to develop quantitative and qualitative work standards for the evaluation of work operations and to prepare and present reports to all levels of management.
