You will serve as a Program/Acquisition Analyst in the Naval Air Warfare Center Division, Systems Acquisition Group, Program Managemetn Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will provide acquisition expertise, coordination, and support for assigned program.
You will plan, develop, analyze, and execute program, funding, and/or manpower resource requirements.
You will communicate the strategic plan, mission, vision, values, assignments, milestones and deadlines to team members to ensure program requirements are met within prescribed timelines.
You will resolve complex technical and administrative problems.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band (DA-05) or (GS 12/13) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Utilizing a wide range of technical and business systems, processes, and practices used to manage weapon systems acquisition; 2) Reviewing, analyzing, and implementing higher level procurement policies; 3) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; 4) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; 5) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command.
