You will serve as a Training Coordinator in the U S MARINE FORCES CYBERSPACE COMMAND.

Duties

You will plan execute, and manage training requirements for the Marine Corps Cyber Mission Force You will assist in the design and application of assessment tools to measure training efficiency. You will organize, develop, source, and map our training plans, programs and schedules, and provide training aids.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

  • Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

  • Must possess a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance and must obtain and maintain NSA badging for NIPR/SIPR/NSANet accounts. Failure to possess and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • A Counterintelligence Polygraph is required and a non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
  • Testing Designated Position (TDP). Employee must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and subsequent periodic drug screening thereafter.
  • The incumbent may be required to perform occasional travel (25% or less) which may involve the use of commercial and/or government aircraft.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • This position is not telework eligible.

Qualifications

Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by organizing, developing, sourcing, and mapping out training plans, programs and schedules, provides training aids, and instruction to meet team, element, and individual training needs. This position is within the Work Category Professional at Work Level Senior, Series and Grade GG-0301-13.
