Duties
You will provide support for the development of life-cycle logistics acquisition documentation.
You will provide logistics input to other acquisition documentation as well as determine the acceptability of contractor prepared acquisition logistics deliverables.
You will resolve technical or procedural deficiencies based on system readiness and life cycle cost data analysis.
You will provide support in the digital transformation of Integrated Product Support elements and deliverables through the utilization of Digital Engineering principles.
You will work with the configuration manager to develop configuration management and schedules for projects, suggest alternative revisions and assist in implementation of new strategies.
You will provide deliverables to leadership in conjunction with Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) personnel, conduct weekly reviews with the Program Manager (PM) or the Intergrated Product Team and as necessary, report to customers and users.
Requirements

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing logistics support; developing acquisition and logistics documentation; assisting in life cycle cost analysis for assigned systems; and reviewing program technical data and mission documentation. Interpreting configuration management activities and tools as defined; working with the configuration manager to develop configuration management and schedules for projects; suggesting alternative revisions and assisting in implementation of new strategies. Communicating effectively with vendors, customers, peers and management.
